Surrey Pretrial Services Centre

This fence and gate was built for Surrey’s (and the province’s) largest remand facility. While an average of 400 inmates are housed here most days, the compound has capacity for more than 750 inmates. Using 8-inch square posts for either side of the gate, the structure is over 14 feet high, yet still fully automated. Security combined with convenience is a common request in our industry.
