2023 In Review

Regardless of how you fit into the Raybern world, you are treasured and we want to take a brief moment to thank you for your support.

This year has been packed full of triumphs and challenges. We’ve succeeded by maintaining our core values of Education, Dignity, Leadership, Ownership and Safety. We’re now COR-certified and compliant with the highest safety standards in the province. Field manager, Devin Samaratunga has completed a Certificate in Construction Operations at BCIT. Mentorship from our leadership team has resulted in our largest number of site leaders to date, under the age of 25. Our field management team continues to tackle larger, more sophisticated projects in a construction landscape that evolves rapidly every day. We have much to be proud of this year.

I am infinitely grateful for the opportunity to stand shoulder to shoulder with colleagues who endeavour to grow as both people and professionals. I’m am equally grateful for the canvas of opportunity that is provided by those who came before us and those who continue to allow us to prove ourselves. May this holiday season bring peace, joy and rest to you and your families. May the new year bring you health and prosperity.
