We’ve had a fantastic start to the year here at Raybern Erectors! Members of our Joint Health and Safety Committee have completed their formal training, and are now holding monthly meetings where initiatives are being built. These measures will not only improve the occupational health and safety wellbeing of our employees, but it also bring us one step closer to COR Certification. It’s easy for some to hum and haw at safety procedures as “going through the motions”. However, like an increasing number of contractors in British Columbia, we are finding the importance of caution and preparation to ensure employee wellbeing and safety. We can’t wait to become the first fence installation company in this province to get COR certified!

We found our line of services expanded in the closing months of 2022. While we are known primarily for our fence and gate builds, we have also begun installing guard rails, hand rails, bollards, and player shelters (for sports fields). This new strategy will allow us to serve an even greater number of customers while retaining our skill sets and supply chain advantage. For an up-to-date list of all our offerings at Raybern, see our Services page. We are all about growth, and we’re excited to grow the number of customers in these coming months of 2023.

One final area that will be a focus this year is increasing our involvement with the communities we serve. Seminars & networking events in both the educational and the municipal sectors are of particular priority for Raybern Erectors. Stay tuned in the coming months for how we will grow our relationships in these areas.
